Every day we carry around what I simply call ‘stuff’. Issues at work, home or just with our own confidence. ‘Stuff’ can limit, individuals, business leaders and the people they work with from working to their potential. Very often those closest to us, whilst well meaning, provide frustration as they try to ‘fix’ whatever is on your mind. My coaching will offer an outside view, a listening post and an opportunity for you to sit with somebody who doesn’t have any ‘skin in the game’ so to speak. I can help you clear your mind, find solutions, and release you to be your best version.

It’s true. We think and act differently and it’s not good when it comes to storing up mental pressure. Especially when the pressure is at its highest in our 30’s 40’s and 50’s.
75% of my clients are female, even though they generally have much better support networks than men and find it easier to talk openly, sometimes that support network isn’t enough. Many of the conversations I have are about confidence (especially at work and not surprisingly the female business leaders amongst you) and self-perception. I offer a safe space for you to work this out without opinion or judgement.
My male clients see me as a space to work through whatever is on their mind. Like my female clients, they are very often owners/leaders of small businesses but without the wider support network. The upshot is it feels lonely. It is. It’s a difficult place to see clearly from. So what can I do for you? As one of my regular clients says, “You help me clear the fog”.
Sessions normally last for around an hour. I’ll ask you what’s on your mind today? It can change every session or we can pick up from the last session, that’s entirely up to you. Sessions can be online or in person (depending on geography)
