Are our sessions private?
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I am bound by their code of ethics that cover many core values including privacy. You can read all about them here, but basically our sessions would be as private and confidential as a doctor-patient relationship.
How much do sessions cost?
Individual sessions are £70 however you can book a block of sessions for as little as £50 per session (6)
Are you accredited
To be a member of International Coaching Federation a coach must have undergone significant hours of training by an ICF Accredited Education Provider. My certification was gained at the Kinharvie Institute in Glasgow one of only two providers in the UK. You can find out more about the great work that they do here.
I prefer face to face sessions. How far would you travel?
I live in Bolton in Lancashire but happy to travel up to 50 miles in any direction included in the fee. Further distances would incur a small travel cost.
